demondrug mhguI did some rough testing earlier today and I can say that: Demondrug, Mega Demondrug, Armorskin and Mega Armorskin last for the entire duration of a quest. Demondrug is +5 Attack, Mega is +7. Armorskin is +15 Defense, Mega is +25. The Mega Demondrug really isn't worth the Pale Extracts, but Mega Armorskin has some potential worth to it.
Mega armor/demomdrugs are the only attack buffs i use because I found out they last til faint. Nourishing extracts run out fast and are hard to come by. For Mega armorskin/demon drug, you better go with the melder. .

As for stacking, similar effects stack but not the items themselves. Your character will refuse to use an item if it applies the same buff but at a different magnitude. 1 1. There's a few ways. First, combine Power Seed with Catalyst. They're found in battle and randomly through the old lady vendor, respectively. But if you can beat Khezu, use it's Pale Extract to make Demondrug better.
